2. Purpose of the Site
The Site has an informative and B2B commercial purpose and presents services and solutions for enterprise mobility, device management, cybersecurity, consulting, integration and support, as well as information on third-party technologies and products. The information published does not in itself constitute a binding contractual offer and does not replace the scope, specifications, licences, service level agreements or economic terms of a signed proposal or contract.
3. Access and use
Access to public content is generally free. Certain functions, resources or areas may require authentication, invitation or a contractual relationship. Users undertake to use the Site lawfully, diligently and in good faith and, in particular, to:
- Not introduce malware, code, abusive automated requests or traffic intended to degrade the service.

Where the Site mentions NIAP Common Criteria, MDM Protection Profile, DISA STIG, FIPS, CSfC, Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox, ENS, CCN-STIC, CPSTIC or other schemes, the statements must be understood as limited to the specific product, version, module, device, configuration or recognition listed by the issuing source.
The existence of a certification or guide applicable to a product does not mean that BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L., the customer's system or any specific deployment is automatically certified, accredited or compliant. The compliance of a system depends on its scope, architecture, configuration, operation, evidence and the applicable evaluation process.
6. Relationship with Samsung and other brands
Samsung, Samsung SDS, Samsung Knox and all other trademarks, logos, products and trade names cited belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for identification and descriptive purposes. References to partner, reseller or integrator status are limited to the scope and validity of the agreements or certifications applicable to BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. and do not imply any sponsorship or institutional endorsement other than that expressly documented.

9. Availability and liability
BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. adopts reasonable measures to keep the Site secure and available, without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors, interruptions or vulnerabilities. 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Where a specific contract exists, its clauses shall prevail over these terms in the event of conflict.
13. Amendments
BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. may update this Legal Notice to reflect regulatory, technical, corporate or service changes. The version published on the Site will indicate its update date.
Expressions such as "high security", "critical environments", "critical mobility" or "defence grade" used on the Site are commercial descriptions aimed at highly demanding environments. They do not in themselves constitute a security classification, approval, accreditation or certification granted to BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. by the Spanish Ministry of Defence, CCN, CNI, DISA, NSA or any other authority.
