1. Owner and scope
Bomontec EMM is a commercial name of the service operated by BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L., tax ID B83820696. This Policy applies to browsing the Site and to its forms.
2. What cookies and equivalent technologies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website may store on the user's device or associate with a session. Equivalent technologies, such as localStorage or sessionStorage, may perform similar functions. Their use may serve technical, security, personalisation, measurement or tracking purposes, as the case may be.
3. What the Site currently uses
In the current configuration, the Site uses only first-party, strictly necessary cookies. The session cookie is not created during ordinary browsing of the home page or informative pages: it is created when a feature that needs a session context is initialised, specifically the contact form, to maintain the session and the CSRF protection mechanisms. The language cookie is created only when the user expressly selects a language in the language switcher.
No analytics, advertising, remarketing, cross-site tracking or profiling cookies are used, and no information is stored in localStorage or sessionStorage during public browsing. Fonts and other resources are served from our own domain.
The Site shows a consent manager for the optional categories. The user's choice is stored in the bt_consent cookie and in the browser's local storage (key bt_consent). Likewise, any accessibility options the user enables (text size, contrast, motion, underlining, spacing) are stored in local storage (key bt_a11y) solely to apply them on later visits; they are never sent to any server.

5. Consent
Cookies strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user are exempt from the consent requirement of Article 22.2 of the LSSI, without prejudice to the general transparency obligation. For the optional categories (analytics and marketing), the Site shows a consent manager that allows each category to be accepted, rejected or configured, with rejection as easy as acceptance. No optional technology is loaded without that choice, and the decision can be changed at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
6. Local storage and third-party technologies
The same rule applies to localStorage, sessionStorage, browser identifiers, tags, pixels or other technologies. Not being called a "cookie" does not exclude the application of Article 22.2 LSSI when information is stored or accessed on the terminal equipment. This conclusion reflects the current deployment and will be reviewed if new libraries, widgets, embedded videos, maps, chat, analytics, pixels, third-party CAPTCHA, remote fonts or other integrations are added.
7. External links
The Site may link to pages of Samsung, Samsung SDS, public bodies, certifiers, YouTube or other third parties. By following a link, the user leaves the Site and the third party may apply its own cookies and policies. Those technologies are not part of the Site as long as the external content is not embedded in or loaded from it.
8. Management from the browser
The user may view, block or delete cookies from the browser settings. Deleting or blocking a strictly necessary cookie may prevent the contact form or certain session-related security measures from working.
9. Future changes
Before enabling analytics, advertising, maps, embedded video, social widgets, third-party CAPTCHA, chat, remote fonts, audience measurement or other non-essential technologies, BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. will update the inventory, review the legal basis, amend this Policy and, where appropriate, implement a prior consent mechanism that allows rejection as easily as acceptance.
